Prevalence in the General Population

Taking subjects of the general population presenting one or several symptoms of insomnia (Difficulty Initiating Sleep, Difficulty Maintaining Sleep, Early Morning Awakening, Non Restorative Sleep) at least 3 nights per week or reporting a Global Sleep Dissatisfaction (according to the definition of Ohayon, 1994), we draw the following pie chart with the population representative of five major European countries.
